Summary Description: Responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and execution of all Information Technology functions for AAUW. Direct the IT department and manage strategy and oversight for IT infrastructure, data network and backup systems, firewall and security issues, databases, servers, and hosting (on premise and cloud) and maintaining the AAUW national website and AAUW branch/state websites. Define AAUW’s IT goals and implement strategies to ensure support for AAUW’s mission. In addition to overseeing AAUW’s Information Technology services and systems, the Director will also serve as a key contributor to senior leadership within the organization. As new initiatives are developed and launched, the Director will play a crucial, collaborative role ensuring that IT (including web and database services) is leveraged and supportive in meaningful ways that further the goals of the project.
