Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do
Develop digital and printed materials for meetings
Schedule and support webinars and meetings related to program activities
Manage meeting and event registration
Serve as liaison between CHA and external stakeholders, such as vendors, meeting speakers, member hospital executives
Maintain CRM, survey tools and conference platforms, as appropriate
Create templates, processes, and tools to strengthen program efficiency
What You’ll Bring to CHA
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education via college coursework or business school preferred.
Minimum of 2 years supporting a senior manager
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and other common business software
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
