Senior Vice President, Business Development and Brand Stategy

NAHB is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), Business Development and Brand Strategy. The SVP will be responsible for directing, managing, coordinating and implementing business development strategy and activities associated with new and existing products and programs. Responsibilities also include providing a vision for NAHB's short and long-term revenue growth and ensuring annual growth of NAHB's non-dues revenue by working with affiliated state and local home builder associations (HBAs), conducting contract negotiations, and coordinating marketing activities for other NAHB programs within the organization.

Qualified candidates will have superior problem-solving skills, which are analytical, creative, and results-oriented. Candidates should also have superior interpersonal skills, be a team player attitude, and have the ability to multitask and handle several unrelated initiatives simultaneously. This also requires superior written and verbal communications skills, the ability to delegate well, and superb organizational skills to ensure the completion of team projects and goals.
