Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors in charting the course for a sustainable future. As the primary representative of this well-established organization, the President & CEO will work to effectively further the mission of Goodwill and lead staff members to execute strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have an established track record of ensuring efficient operations while driving organizational growth and results. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships, develop people and serve others are essential to the role.
The requirements of the position include a minimum of 10 years of successful executive leadership in a multifaceted organization, as well as an advanced degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in a mission-based organization with a social responsibility focus is essential, as is first-hand knowledge of working with a Board of Directors. A track record of community involvement and experience with a nonprofit organization is desired. Proficiency with technology, such as Microsoft Office, is needed. Experience within Goodwill Industries, a plus, but not required.
