This role shares the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA) message to make a difference in the professional lives of risk managers at all stages of their careers. At the core of the PRMIA message and offering is technology systems. This role manages the development, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the PRMIA website and various IT functions.
Oversight, development, and maintenance of the website, CMS, AMS, and social media platforms
Oversight and directional lead for systems and customer experience
Collaborate with others on marketing team to develop and manage customer journeys for all lines of business
Develop digital marketing assets for use in campaigns to move prospects through customer journeys
Project management and administrative oversight of IT activities, including relationships with third-party developers and service providers
Ensure the development and accuracy of detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines
Perform need-based assessment and coordination of all IT and website requests
Maintain website, digital marketing, and IT budgets
Ensure website and marketing policy compliance with privacy and data regulations
Energized by working on a team and be driven by accomplishments
Other duties, as assigned
Experience with Marketing functions, including customer journeys, member engagement, social media, and external marketing
Excellent writing, communications, and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills for on-time, on-budget delivery
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with vendors
Telecommuting is allowed.
