Summary: Working in tandem with the Executive Director and Meeting Manager for SfRBM and PDA, the Membership and Communications Manager provides support to association members, menages all communication channels for SfRBM and PDA, and assists in planning and executing regional and national association meetings.
Frontline customer service for association members
Processing membership applications and renewals
Support for association committees
Plan and execute member marketing, communications, and newsletters
Maintain association websites, social media channels, and email programs
Coordinate registration for meetings
Support various aspects of meetings including exhibits, sponsorship/grants, vendor relationships, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit
Database Management (FileMaker Pro)
Previous experience and strong skills in Project Management, Event Management, and/or Marketing a plus
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and firm deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Computer literacy with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous MAC experience preferred (we are a MAC only office)
