Membership Manager wanted (30 hours weekly) for a growing AMC. We are seeking a proactive and member-focused Membership Manager to manage the database (YourMembership.com) for one or two small association clients; keeping it accurate, safe, and up to date, developing and managing reports, dashboards, and information necessary for data-based decisions; managing member and non-member transactions, managing the interface between YourMembership.com and other integrated databases; serving as a liaison with Board and committees, and providing exceptional member services.
The AMC is a virtual organization, telecommuting is a must.
Accurately manage the AMS (YourMembership.com database); performs database functions including maintenance of member and non-member data, monitoring consistency of member data entry, reviewing member data for accuracy and to ensure completeness.
Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for accuracy and play an important role in data-driven decision making through data mining and membership reporting.
Help to determine opportunities for process improvement and keep abreast of accepted program processes
Provide excellent member service in responding to member requests and inquiries.
Manage the interface between the database and other software platforms used by the Association through management of third-party integrators.
Ensure a high-level of customer service, email accuracy and interface with the accounting system on a weekly basis.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Three to five years of experience preferably in an association or non-profit environment.
Accurate, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting assigned deadlines.
Must be highly self-motivated, able to work autonomously and with a virtual team
College degree preferred.
Excellent telephone and in-person customer service skills.
Foster and build relationships within all levels of the organization.
Adapt quickly to new information, requirements, and priorities.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Intermediate level proficiency using MS Excel required.
Association membership database experience required. YourMembership.com.
Telecommuting a must.
Ability to travel (limited travel to association events).
