Administrative, Clerical, Support, Customer Service and Support, Membership
American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) is searching for an administrative professional who is highly skilled in all aspects of administrative support and customer service to handle the day- to-day responsibilities for ACP’s Membership and Operations. Additionally, this highly visible role will often be the first point of contact to our members or other external inquiries and handle a variety of operational administrative tasks that will contribute to the success of the ACP team.

What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Director of Membership Services & Academic Relations, the Membership and Operations Coordinator provides overall administrative support for membership as well as general office services support for the ACP team. More specifically the successful candidate would be responsible for the following:
Process dues payments and meeting registrations.
Digitally file all membership documentation including: applications, update forms, certificates, and status change forms.
Manage member recognition activities.
Prepare membership lists as requested.
Provide administrative support during ACP Events.
Assist with ACP Section initiatives including activity tracking and reporting.
Respond to routine correspondence/e-mails, distribute other correspondence and mail as necessary.
Serve as ACP liaison to the building management company and ensure that all required procedures are followed.
Manage all office equipment contacts service providers as needed for maintenance etc.
Order, organize, and track inventories of office supplies.
Maintain various calendars, lists, and database batches for the office.
Process, pack, and ship product orders including ACP inventory.
Assist in maintaining basement storage organization
Perform other duties as assigned.
Interviews: Will be held on a virtual basis.
Job Location: Presently virtual, when we are able to return to the office will be a hybrid role (remote and in-office hours). No relocation will be given for out of state candidates.
What qualifications are needed?
The successful candidate would possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of experience is required
One plus years’ office administration experience
Association experience is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with iMIS or database management experience a plus
Ability to analyze and revise operating procedures as needed
Detail orientated and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
Professional presence in working with executive and customer contacts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to complete projects in a timely manner
