The AAP is currently working remotely with an anticipated return to work date of March 28, 2022.  The re-entry plan will be a hybrid approach. Individuals must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 by first day of employment. Seeking a customer-focused individual with superb communication and problem-solving skills to join the nations’ leading advocacy organization for children’s healthcare in our Member & Customer Care team to resolve and respond to level 2 membership inquiries/requests from American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) members ensuring premier member support. Membership inquiries/requests are handled via phone, e-mail, fax and regular mail, taking the appropriate action(s) required; including problem solving, follow up and
