Degnon Associates, Inc is an accredited association management company serving not-for-profit health, scientific and medical related organizations. We are currently seeking a full-time Association Manager who will work with the Executive Directors, Board of Directors, committee chairs and members to manage programs and projects.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and mission-oriented individual who takes initiative and can think critically, problem solve, and communicate effectively. As Association Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple team members and associations to convert their goals into action plans and to drive strategies to make the associations successful. You will support ongoing programs and projects which includes conference support, volunteer leadership support, technology support, communications, publications, and membership services. Some travel required.
This position primarily remote and may include opportunities for in office work. Degnon is a team-oriented, rapidly growing association management company, dedicated to developing a supportive remote culture and environment for its team members. Roles and Responsibilities
Work with association leaders and fellow staff to identify new mission-driven programs and projects, develop detailed execution plans, and ensure that such projects are completed by specific deadlines.
Work with association committee leaders and members to assure that each committee has clear strategies and implementation plans for accomplishing defined goals.
Assist with meeting planning and execution including but not limited to, developing the online registration process, program selection and review, logistics coordination, and onsite meeting management and support.
Provide customer service support to membership and board of directors through timely communication and diligent reporting regarding membership trends.
Collaboratively facilitate association marketing, membership recruitment, content curation, and communications efforts with association leaders and client teams

Experience with program management and meeting organization
Customer service experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Basic experience with social media, CRM, and other software-as-a-service association technology platforms
2-3 years of association management experience preferred
Highly motivated, self-driven learner who can successfully multi-task in a a fast-paced and innovative environment
Four-year undergraduate degree preferred.
