The Florida Justice Association (FJA) is dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida's civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida's citizens and consumers. We passionately believe that all Floridians benefit when deserving individuals have a fair chance to seek justice in our state's courts, and that Florida's consumers are safer when large corporations and industries are held to a high ethical standard and accept fair responsibility for their actions. The FJA provides services to its members in the areas of Continuing Legal Education (CLE), member-to-member networking, practice operation training, and connections with value-added sponsors and providers of products and services which support the claims and litigation processes of our members. We also serve as the cornerstone for local trial lawyer associations around the state that are comprised of similar members focusing on more local goals and purposes. The FJA works in the legislative, political, and public arenas to ensure that Floridians know and understand the importance of their rights to justice and to make certain that these rights, which are foundational to being American, are safeguarded, protected, and developed.
