The Membership & Chapter Engagement Manager is responsible for TEI’s member experience. This role also supports our membership growth strategy which includes recruitment and retention campaigns, engagement initiatives, data analysis, and more to meet and exceed membership goals. The Membership & Chapter Engagement Manager also works with the Director, Membership & Chapter Engagement to support TEI’s 57 chapters worldwide. MEMBERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES Acts as the primary contact for all prospective, new, and existing members, and responds to requests for information, assistance, and guidance.
