Executive Assistant
GENERAL SUMMARY This Executive Assistant’s main responsibility is providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and the Governance division departments. This includes the coordination of projects and initiatives, ensuring proactive, collaborative communication, comprehensive calendar management and meeting execution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer including coordinating calendars, written correspondence, making travel arrangements, processing expenses and scheduling calls and meetings.
