The Textbook & Academic Authors Association (TAA) is seeking a full-time Member Services Specialist for a remote work position. TAA provides professional development resources, events, and networking opportunities for textbook authors and authors of scholarly journal articles and books. Established in 1987, TAA is the only national, nonprofit membership association dedicated solely to assisting textbook and academic authors.Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Member Services Specialist will provide outstanding customer service to members and assist the membership team with recruitment and retention efforts.
