If so, we may be a great fit for you! We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaching in Organizations team!
SO, WHO IS ASSOCIATIONS INTERNATIONAL? Associations International (AI) is an association management company based in Lexington, KY, who partners with non-profit trade and career associations like ICF in a consulting-client relationship. Our job is to help those non-profits meet their mission and grow their membership through the work of our talented, dedicated team of professionals. As the Director of Operations, you will work to manage business operations for this growing area of a global association!
Serve as the ICF Coaching in Organizations liaison with IT, accounting/finance, member services, and others to support member organizations including POCs and member representatives
Develop and monitor protocols for ICF Coaching in Organizations interactions and interface with IT, accounting/finance, member services departments, among others to resolve issues and ensure accuracy of dat
Create and monitor source codes for companies with online payments by members representatives that pay online
Facilitate the interaction between end users and support services
Monitor system and network performance and report any errors or system failures, organize/request troubleshooting – and develop/maintain FAQs
Collaborate with other departments and FOs to maintain standards and functionality
Lead the launch of a new membership operating model; pricing structures to enhance the current membership program, complete with immersive experiences, workshops, and value-add partnerships.
Manage ICF CIO membership initiatives, including the design, development and delivery of membership programs including managing annual renewals, with the goal of growing market share, engaging and retaining all industry members.
Design, develop and manage a membership referral and partner program.
Serve as a point-of-contact for members and facilitate introductions, connections, and utilization of services and resources including website, research, and other areas.
Partner with cross-functional departments to secure support, cooperation, and resources to deliver membership programs
Proactively build and manage the ICF Coaching in Organizations sales funnel including, proactively identifying prospects, and initiatives to identify, engage and attain new members.
Maintain contact and proactively monitor member satisfaction through surveys, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, etc.
Create targeted contact lists for event and program related email campaigns.
Develop and maintain metrics, and dashboards including membership growth, retention, and engagement. Influence and monitor cross-functional metrics that drive ICF Coaching in Organizations’ metrics.
Gather data to design and develop presentations for the VP ICF Coaching in Organizations to deliver internally, externally and to the ICF Coaching in Organizations Board of Directors.
Engage in discussions to develop products and services to result in on-going events for member attraction and engagement.
Engage in relevant domestic and international events and programs to maintain and develop new contacts, to identify prospective membership and business development opportunities.
5+ years with B2B sales and marketing experience.
Preferred: ICF Credential, ACC preferred.
Ability to travel including some evenings and weekends. (up to 25%)
Exhibits a global mindset and has experience with coaching in organizations.
Working knowledge of marketing techniques, platforms, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Experience with complex program management initiatives.
Experience with Learning & Development programs
