Reporting to the A/R Manager, the Data Entry & Processing Clerk is responsible for the accurate processing of all incoming customer orders, including but not limited to member applications, renewals, conference and webcast registrations, education, and publication orders.
Responsibilities include:
- Receive, track, and process (via association management system) all incoming customer orders received by mail, fax, email, phone, and websites/portals; provide payment application support.
- Process customer order refunds and adjustments in association management system.
- Update customer records in association management system to ensure data integrity of customer information.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues related to order, payment, and refund processing.
- Serve as backup for daily full-cycle processing of cash receipts.
- Fulfill survey orders as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
