OverviewThe Manager, Member Value & Development is responsible for executing the NACAS membership growth and retention strategy that aligns with NACAS’ strategic objectives. The Manager, Member Value & Development is responsible for leading the development and implementation of membership growth strategies, as well as day-to-day management of NACAS member engagement. This position also serves as the liaison for various membership related committees and works closely with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and CEO to achieve the goal of NACAS membership while delivering and ensuring the highest level of service to our members. This position reports to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Responsibilities• Leads the association’s overa
