The Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) is currently seeking a Manager, Practice and Patient Programs to manage practice and patient programs at HFSA, including certificate and certification programs. The position reports directly to the Director, Practice and Patient Programs. This is an opportunity to develop and grow a new program area at a major health care organization.
