Large trade association seeks a Senior Manager, Event Marketing & Engagement who is responsible for managing the attendee and exhibitor acquisition campaign and attendee onsite engagement activities for the NAHB International Builders’ Show including direct mail, print, and digital advertising campaigns.
Serves as the main contact for the grassroots marketing program with the local associations and outside industry groups. Manages the planning, execution, and measurement of various onsite attendee engagement activities during the tradeshow. Works to develop IBS marketing strategies, to ensure that marketing plans reach stated goals and makes suggestions for adjustments to achieve goals.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree
Experience with the trade show industry a strong advantage including vendor side
Experience in marketing, writing, editing, and proofreading
Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns with measurable impact
Experience with all major social media platforms
Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
A solid understanding of how to market products, events, and tradeshows
Minimum of 4 years creating marketing campaigns experience and a familiarity with trade associations. Experience with Google Analytics and/or Spanish language fluency is a plus.
