The Indiana Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors Association (IAPHCC) is expanding our team with a key addition to help the organization continue to grow and make a positive impact.
We are hiring an Operations Support Manager who will do just what the title says: support the overall operations of both the IAPHCC, an award winning trade association, as well as Mechanical Skills, the largest plumbing apprenticeship school in the country.

Candidates for this role must be resilient and resourceful while having a high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. They must have the ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships and resolve conflict.
