ABOUT THIS ROLE
The International Coaching Federation & Foundation (ICF) is the largest resource for business and personal coaches, representing more than 50,000 members and 30,000 credential holders. ICF supports and preserves the integrity of coaching through standards supported by the individual membership.
We are seeking a Chapter Relations Manager to join the ICF Professional Coaches (PC) team. The Chapter Relations Manager is the day-to-day Communication and Operations liaison to selected chapters. This individual will focus on chapter support in line with strategic initiatives deriving from the ICF Strategic Plan, contributing to boosting membership acquisition and retention and diversifying and strengthening ICF’s global presence with a focus on sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be located in Europe (preferably in or around Brussels, Belgium).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages relations with national Chapter leadership teams and multinational chapter forums
Provides support for Chapter operations and capacity/community building
Filters membership inquiries on ICF’s identity, branding, programs, and activities, and re-routes them to the Global Customer Service Team as appropriate
Maintains accurate Chapter records and details of Chapter leadership teams
Supports the EMEA director and PC team in maximizing ICF’s impact and visibility
Assists in the monitoring of the operations budget
Reaches out regularly to Chapter leaders in support of new and existing resources e.g., ICF PC Annual Chapter Support Calendar, Governance and Treasurer Toolkits, etc.
Responds to inquiries regarding the formation of new ICF Chapters
Develops relationships with third-party entities that can be harnessed as pipelines of ICF membership.
Facilitates education programs for volunteer leaders
Collaborates with Chapter leadership to support Chapter and regional activities, including facilitation of forum meetings and coordination of regional activities
Provides continuity of service in the environment of evolving volunteer leadership
Serves as “dissemination and distribution channel” for global programs and services
Manages performance to established KPIs
Supports implementation and enhancement of existing leadership development programs including Global Leaders Forums and Leader Support toolkits
Supports a regional performance management process for all Chapters to measure and evaluate progress to goal and drive Chapter development
Provides connection between ICF PC staff and regional communities
Maintains regular cadence of inter-regional communication

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
International professional association management experience strongly preferred
Works well independently and in a team environment
Strong customer service initiative
Top administrative and budget management skills
Exceptional multi-tasking, project management, and time management skills
University degree or equivalent
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excels at working with a globally diverse network
Travel as needed
Initiative with a high sense of responsibility and autonomy
Global and inclusive mindset
Technologically proficient in hardware, office software, and social media
Additional languages a plus
