This position will report to the Director of Professional Learning to facilitate fulfillment of project requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creates, manages, and updates the TLE project calendar and ensures deadlines and needs are communicated as needed across the organization.
Develops, formats, and develops communications, as needed, to internal and external audiences for CoSN TLE activities and resources.
Composes the weekly CEO Update related to TLE as needed.
Coordinate with CoSN Marcomm, Membership, Professional Learning, Certification, Meetings, External Relations, and Finance to track project progress and support the timely fulfillment of project deliverables.
Work with the Marketing/Communications Team and staff to maximize marketing strategy.
Plan workshops, including venue, travel, meals, etc., for meeting needs in partnership with the Meeting team.
Conduct outreach to CoSN members and nonmembers to solicit participation in workshops and stipend opportunities.
Analyze survey results and prepare reports with results as needed.
Develop a state education agency mailing list compiled from internal CoSN resources and original research.
Track program metrics and financial progress.
Coordinates internal help requests from staff related to the TLE program and assists as necessary. Triage with vendors as appropriate.
Collaborates with the Senior Director to manage a monthly TLE and student data privacy editorial calendar to rotate fresh content, videos, and images throughout the website.
Review Marcomm analytics reports and recommend changes based on these analytics.
Strong report writing and analytical skills.
Supporting TLE marketing efforts and external partner relationships via coordination of email campaigns and execution of other marketing initiatives as assigned
Support Professional Learning course/workshop registrations, website updates, course catalog updates, roster tracking, instructor support, update course materials, sponsorship engagement, evaluation feedback collection and analysis, weekly CEO updates, newsletter updates, program metrics, financial progress, help requests, analytic report recommendations, segmented promotion and marketing.
Support Professional Learning initiatives, support project directors, committee and subcommittee meeting coordination and invitations, keeping committee list current, sponsorship engagement, track partnership requirements, website updates, weekly CEO updates, newsletter updates, resource metrics, help requests, analytic report recommendations, marketing, coordinate outside expert engagement/inclusion as needed, conference presentations support, blog production, resource development, create/track resource update schedule, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated, proactive, independent thinker and problem solver
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience; project management experience and experience working with a membership-based organization are preferred
Experience with WordPress is preferred.
Experienced in use of MS Office and Google G Suite. Familiarity with project management spreadsheets development is a plus.
Possess strong time management and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
Limited travel may be required
