We are looking for someone to join our team as the Marketing Communications Manager. Experienced marketing communications professional whose primary objective is to implement and evaluate marketing campaigns in support of various ASAE events, products, and services. This role owns the marketing lifecycle of assigned products to include collaboration with product teams, execution of tactical plans, and measurement and evaluation of marketing campaign success.
This role will report directly to the VP, Strategic Marketing, and work closely alongside product stakeholders.
Essential Functions:
Work with VP of Marketing to develop strategic marketing plans that align with the ASAE brand and audience, product goals, and the overall ASAE marketing strategy.
Manage tactical execution across ASAE channels, including email, social media, website and newsletter advertising, video, direct mail, and promotional print materials.
Serve as primary marketing contact for assigned product lines; communicating with internal stakeholders about marketing plans, campaign assets, and marketing performance on a weekly basis.
Build strategic relationships and partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
Analyzes campaign KPIs regularly, making necessary adjustments to maximize conversions.
Work with VP of Marketing to implement a strategic communications plan that includes leveraging video and building up ASAE’s presence on YouTube, Instagram and new social networks such as TikTok.

Familiar with marketing best practices across email, social media, website management, graphic design, and paid media, including SEO.
Is highly skilled in copywriting, project management, and possesses strong attention to detail.

Required Education and Experience
Four-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
5+ years of experience developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, preferably within membership-driven organizations.
Experienced in using project management systems (i.e., Asana, Monday), email marketing platforms (i.e., SharpSpring, Hubspot), and content management systems (i.e., WordPress, Sitecore).
Travel Must be able to travel to ASAE conferences, with other occasional travel possible; Must be able to work rare weekends and evenings to attend events and other off-site functions when applicable.
Work authorization Must be able to work legally in the United States without sponsorship.
