The Director of Information Technology reports to the Chief Operating Officer. S/he is responsible for identifying the organization’s IT needs, implementing and maintaining IT solutions, adding updates and enhancements to current systems, forecasting future needs, safeguarding IT security, and ensuring employees’ technical issues are resolved efficiently. Primary Responsibilities: Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs; identify the organization’s IT requirements, needs and preferences; implement these systems/solutions accordingly
