The Director of Membership Development & Engagement will play a key role in achieving the strategic initiatives outlined below (see “About MedChi”) by leading a division of dedicated individuals focused on membership recruitment, event planning, marketing and communications, business development, database management, and dues billing and processing.  This position reports to the Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will be extroverted, energetic, comfortable with public speaking, and enthusiastic about engaging with large groups of people.  Knowledge of health policy is strongly preferred, and experience in association management is a plus, but a candidate who can demonstrate an aptitude for learning will be considered.
