Position Summary The Senior Director of Membership plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the National PACE Association by developing a strategic plan for membership growth. The Senior Director leads the creation and execution of both short- and long-term strategies for expanding NPA membership, with an emphasis on reaching and supporting a more diverse member base that aligns with the evolution of PACE.
