This position supports sales efforts by providing a variety of services, solutions, and support to existing customers as well as member services. This includes but is not limited to processing book orders, shipping, sending/receiving invoices, and purchase orders. The Customer Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring that customer’s orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner for APHA Press and the Publications Services Unit. This position will also be responsible for marketing efforts for APHA Press and the publications department. Providing pleasant and professional interaction with customers and distributors via phone, and email. Receiving, processing, tracking, and completing book orders. Including order for distributors such as AMAZON. Data entry of cust
