The Bakersfield Association of REALTORS® (“BAR”) is seeking an experienced, collaborative leader as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of its 2,300-member Association.  Founded in 1905, BAR is a non-profit trade organization serving thousands of REALTORS® and affiliated professionals with a vision to improve real estate through professionalism and service and is the leading advocate for real estate in its community.  BAR’s next CEO will be a strategic and visionary thinker; passionate for making a positive impact, a strong communicator, and has a proven track record of effectively managing teams and executing projects.  The position will be in person/on site at BAR’s office in Bakersfield, California.
